Business Partner Terms
Last updated: 15 July 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms apply specifically to businesses (“providers”) listing on Seekopro, in addition to — not instead of — our general Terms of Service, which governs the platform relationship for every user, including providers. Where this page is silent, the Terms of Service applies.
Listing your business
By listing a business on Seekopro, you warrant that:
- The information in your listing is accurate and not misleading.
- The services you offer are legal in your jurisdiction.
- You hold any licence, permit, or qualification your trade legally requires.
As a provider, you may list your business, manage your services, availability, and photos, and approve or decline booking requests and respond to reviews.
Content standards
Everything you post on Seekopro — listings, photos, and messages — must be:
- Accurate and not misleading.
- Legal — no illegal services or content.
- Free of adult content, nudity, or anything inappropriate for a general audience.
- Free of harassment or discriminatory content.
- Your own work — photos must represent your actual services; stock photos presented as your own work are not allowed.
We may remove content that breaks these standards and will tell you why.
Booking approval responsibilities
- A booking request isn’t confirmed until you approve it.
- If you decline a booking, you must give a reason through the platform.
- To approve a cancellation or reschedule request from a customer, respond through the platform.
- You receive payment directly from the customer, in person, at the appointment. Seekopro does not currently process any payment.
Reviews
Only a customer with a completed booking can leave a review for your business, and only once per booking. You may respond to a review once. We may remove a review that breaks our content standards.
Platform fees and financial terms
Using Seekopro is currently free for providers. If we introduce fees in future, the model we’re considering is a deposit-as-fee structure — a percentage of the booking value, within a stated minimum (floor) and maximum (cap) amount. Specific fee amounts, if and when introduced, will be published here with at least 30 days’ notice before taking effect.
First-50 fee exemption: the first 50 providers to list a business on Seekopro receive a permanent exemption from any platform fees we introduce in future. This exemption is recorded against your account and does not expire.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your business listing if these terms or our content standards are violated, giving notice where practical. If your listing is suspended or terminated and you believe it was in error, email privacy@seekopro.com to appeal.
Everything else
Account rules, messaging rules, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law apply to providers exactly as set out in the general Terms of Service— this page doesn’t repeat them.
